Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a technically skilled professional to act as the primary contact for customers after project deployment, troubleshoot issues and coordinate field engineers for maintenance and commissioning.

You will collect evidence, manage tickets and prepare reports and quotations, collaborating with sales, procurement and operations. Travel to customer sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in an engineering discipline is required (mandatory).
• At least two years of experience in technical support, after-sales service, field service or industrial automation is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-management skills with willingness to travel to customer sites are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers following project deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware or software issues remotely and onsite.
• Coordinate field engineers for troubleshooting, commissioning and preventive maintenance.
• Collect logs, photographs and technical evidence before escalating complex issues.
• Manage support tickets, priorities and follow-up actions through timely closure.
• Prepare incident, maintenance reports and technical updates.
• Prepare service and spare-parts quotations with sales, procurement and operations teams.
• Identify recurring issues and work with engineering teams on reliability improvements and project handovers.
