Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems, including installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.

You will attend to customer inquiries, perform site visits, prepare service reports and coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers to ensure ISO-compliant project workflows. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:15pm, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
• Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure ISO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare service and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
• Support project and engineering teams when required. Perform other technical duties and project-related tasks as assigned.
• Preparing project workflow procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards
