Job summary

Working with HRSC and operations teams, you will map current processes, test solutions, and drive continuous improvement with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience or coursework in automation or productivity tools such as Python, macros, or RPA platforms.
• Familiarity with process mapping or workflow documentation is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills to observe operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical solutions.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Understand existing workflows with hiring teams to surface automation opportunities.
• Assist in building and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools, Python, and macros.
• Support process reviews and documentation, mapping current workflows and identifying inefficiencies.
• Assist in testing, monitoring, and refining automation solutions with operations teams.
• Foster an innovation mindset and share knowledge of tools to promote process improvement.
