Job summary

A leading furniture manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare detailed shop and construction drawings. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Certificate in AutoCAD drawing, with at least 3 years of experience in producing detailed construction drawings. Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and BIM is a plus. This role involves close collaboration with project managers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in AutoCAD drawing.
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• At least 3 years of working experience in producing construction detailed drawings.
• Able to read and understand shop drawings.
• Knowledge on Photoshop, Illustrator & 3D max will be an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of BIM will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings.
• Produce construction drawings.
• Generate as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Manager, Architect, and Consultant on details drawing.
• Coordinate with sub-contractor and carpenter on fabrication details.
