Job summary

Citi Singapore is seeking an Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst to partner with technology teams to ensure secure authentication platforms and mobile security solutions are integrated and operated reliably.

You will analyze complex security workflows, document requirements, mentor junior analysts, and manage risk with a focus on Linux administration and identity tools. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to cutting-edge security technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading requirements gathering for large development projects.

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals.
• Analyze existing system logic, identify problems and implement solutions.
• Document requirements and support requirements with Product Owners and Analysts.
• Assess risk and communicate mitigation options; ensure regulatory/compliance alignment.
