Job summary

The Citi Singapore Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst role is a senior position responsible for leading analysis and development of critical applications in coordination with the Technology team.

You will partner with technology and business teams to deploy product improvements, mentor mid-level developers, and ensure solutions adhere to Citi's architecture and regulatory standards across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology and business teams to define system enhancements for new products.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming aligned with architecture blueprint.
• Develop coding, testing, debugging and implementation standards.
• Understand how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide analysis and propose innovative solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Ensure risk-aware decisions and regulatory compliance.
