Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking an Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst to guide large-scale production platforms in corporate banking, ensuring incident resilience and continuous service availability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in leading scalable production platforms.
• Strong knowledge in the Corporate Banking domain, including payments and processing.
• Demonstrated leadership in high-availability, large-scale financial environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements.
• Provide expertise in apps support and an advanced level of understanding of principles.
• Define scope and objectives for complex enhancements and document requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and Systems Analysts to determine impacts.
• Assess risks, communicate impact, and propose risk mitigation options.
• Lead L2 Production Support for mission-critical applications, ensuring stability and 24/7 availability.
• Drive incident management, real-time coordination, and rapid triage.
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure long-term preventive solutions.
• Build partnerships across engineering, architecture, infra, and business teams.
• Foster a service-oriented culture in a fast-paced environment.
