Job summary

Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in technology or applications support.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading requirements gathering for large development projects.
Hands-on administration and troubleshooting with Unix-based systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions and define enhancements; analyze and implement solutions.
Provide expert knowledge in apps support with an advanced understanding of principles.
Define system scope, objectives for complex enhancements and document requirements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to document system impacts and support needs.
Assess implications of technology applications to the current environment; identify risks and security issues; propose mitigations.
Act as advisor or coach to junior analysts and allocate work; deliver in-depth analysis and creative solutions.
