Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager (Healthcare) to oversee day-to-day activities across specialist clinics, ensuring policy compliance and smooth operations.

You will drive workflow integration, support workforce planning and performance management, and monitor clinic performance through financial and operational data analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any related fields or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or healthcare operations.
