Overview

KK Women's and Children's Hospital Pte. Ltd. – Associate Executive (2-year contract, Respiratory Therapy Service)

Deployed in the Respiratory Therapy Service, you will provide administrative support and work closely with healthcare professionals in Respiratory Therapy Service in their daily operations. You are expected to assist to track, monitor and review operations, clinical, and research initiatives in the Respiratory Therapy Service and division as well as maintain and update internal databases, assist in data entry and analysis when required. You will need to have a strong interest in improving healthcare, demonstrate independent and strong interpersonal skills as well as ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Your role also includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Applications to do figure collation and data analysis/ presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Respiratory Therapy Service and collaborate with healthcare professionals in daily operations.
  • Track, monitor, and review operations, clinical, and research initiatives within the Respiratory Therapy Service and division.
  • Maintain and update internal databases; assist with data entry and analysis as required.
  • Prepare data figures and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements
  • Diploma level with four years of working experience or Higher NITEC / GCE N / O / A level with ten years of working experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Good interpersonal skills, professional and friendly.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills and experience in providing administrative support.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
