This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment and is passionate about developing meaningful partnerships with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Public Sector Account Leadership

  • Lead and grow enterprise-level relationships with government ministries, statutory boards, and public-sector organisations.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to senior public-sector stakeholders, helping them leverage research, analytics, and citizen insights effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to expand solution adoption, ensuring long‑term account retention and revenue growth.

Commercial & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with organisational goals for the Public Sector segment.
  • Drive end‑to‑end business development cycles—from opportunity identification and solution design to proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape new product offerings that address public‑sector needs.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with research, analytics, and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery of insights and solutions.
  • Oversee proposal scoping, budgeting, and project timelines for key accounts.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Represent the company in government‑related forums, tenders, industry events, and strategic discussions.
  • Produce and present thought‑leadership content relevant to public‑sector priorities (e.g., citizen sentiment, policy impact, societal trends).
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise account management, public‑sector engagement, consulting, policy research, or insights‑related roles.
  • Proven track record in managing large public‑sector accounts or government‑facing portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s public‑sector landscape, procurement processes, and policy priorities.
