Job summary

ShopBack Pay is seeking an Associate Director of Channel Partnerships to build and grow partnerships that generate merchant leads, accounts, referrals and revenue across Singapore and Hong Kong, with frequent travel.

You will identify opportunities beyond traditional payment channels, structure partnerships, and manage ongoing relationships while coordinating integrations at checkout points such as POS and kiosks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in channel partnerships or related merchant ecosystems.
• Strong commercial judgment to design and negotiate partnership models.
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance growth and execution.
• Experience coordinating integrations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying non-traditional partnership opportunities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel and partnership strategies to drive lead generation and revenue across categories.
• Source, assess and launch new channel partnerships including POS and kiosk ecosystems.
• Structure partnership deals to increase merchant funnel, accounts, referrals and revenue.
• Collaborate with technical and internal teams to enable integrations at checkout (POS, kiosks).
• Evaluate partnership models and execute chosen approach.
• Manage existing partners to grow portfolio value over time.
• Balance regional opportunity development with operational rollout.
