Job summary

YeahPay is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive/Manager with 2-4 years of payments industry experience to drive merchant acquisition and partnerships across channels in Singapore.

You will build relationships with merchants, PSPs, banks, and partners; identify new opportunities across POS, QR, online/offline payments, and e-commerce; and collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Product to onboard and support merchants.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in the payments/fintech/B2B sales.
• Understanding of MDR, interchange, and scheme fees.
• Knowledge of POS, QR, e-commerce, and omnichannel payments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end merchant acquisition activities through lead generation and prospecting.
• Build relationships with merchants, PSPs, banks, aggregators, and payment partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across POS, QR, online/offline payments, and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and lifecycle support.
• Monitor sales activities, pipeline progression, and performance metrics.
