Job summary

ShopBack Group, Asia-Pacific's leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform, is seeking a builder to own ShopBack Pay in Singapore. You will run sales, marketing and ops, forge merchant partnerships, and drive omnichannel growth with regional stakeholders.

You'll scale a fintech/payments or F&B platform, lead lean teams, and shape ShopBack's culture. The role offers founder-grade ownership, high autonomy, and the chance to move fast with an AI-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling a payments/fintech or dine-out/F&B business in Singapore.
• Direct P&L ownership with measurable numbers.
• Strong online-to-offline sales leadership experience.
• Experience building lean, high-performing sales teams.
• Extensive network of merchant partners in food and retail.
• AI Builder mindset; experience with tools like Claude or Cursor.
• Founder-grade ownership mindset and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for ShopBack Pay in Singapore, driving growth, strategy, and profitability.
• Lead the sales, marketing, and operations organization including hiring and structure.
• Build merchant and partner relationships to make ShopBack Pay the default payment method.
• Drive omnichannel growth in collaboration with regional stakeholders and local business heads.
• Mentor and grow the team, emulate founder-level ownership, and stay ahead of market trends.
