We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Compensation Lead.

In this role you will:
  • Oversee a team of 4 in ensuring service delivery in quality and timeliness for Compensation team
  • Ensure the team fulfil compensation contractual obligations including but not limited to core compensation, GA payment, all 3rd party commission and communication on compensation changes as and when needed
  • Reviewer/Approver of all compensation reconciliation & payments
  • Key touch‑point for internal and external stakeholders’ enquiries on compensation related matters
  • Key liaison with internal external auditors such as providing walkthrough, furnishing samples and fronting enquiries from auditors, and update of SOPs
  • Identify opportunities for automation of process
  • Deliver on adhoc tasks & analysis when assigned
  • Participate in projects & UAT as required
To be successful you will:
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word
  • Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage
  • Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team;Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders
  • Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment;Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
  • Resourceful, Independent & strong problem solving skills
