Job summary

DAY ONE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced F&B environment. You will manage inventory, staff coaching, scheduling, and cost control, ensuring excellent service and smooth workflows.

We value strong communication, planning, and leadership to supervise a dynamic team, handle customer concerns, and drive process improvements while meeting deadlines and weekend/public holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• Certificate in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and strong planning ability to lead a service team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Flexible, able to multi-task, and work under pressure with short deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment and commit to shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory list and stock management.
• Order food ingredients from suppliers.
• Plan weekly schedule.
• Train and coach staff; handle staff issues.
• Prepare maintenance and food loss reports.
• Recruit part-time candidates.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints.
• Streamline processes for smooth operations.
• Lead daily store meetings.
• Control costs (food and labour).
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory list, and stock management
• Ordering food ingredients from suppliers
• Planning of weekly schedule
• Training and coaching of staff, handling of staff issues and assisting in evaluating of staff
• Prepare maintenance report, food loss report
• Recruitment of part time candidates
• Giving suggestions and feedback to Store Manager
• Assist in investigation in event of customers' complaints
• Streamline processes and ensure smooth operations
• Leading the store's daily meeting
• Cost control (food cost / labour cost)
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
