Job summary

SINGFIRE ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and drive revenue growth. You will lead a service team, ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and presentation standards across the outlet.

The role requires a Diploma in Food & Beverage and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong financial and people-management skills. Location: Singapore, on-site position with flexible leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail experience.
• Strong financial management and sales/marketing knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven planning and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations.
• Drive revenue, maximize profits and minimize costs.
• Establish good relations with guests and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest feedback and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of the outlet area and supervise staff appearance.
• Develop team members and manage staff performance.
• Co-lead the team to deliver high-quality guest service.
• Recruit, orient and train staff; plan monthly schedules.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the company.

Job description

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Assist in the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet
• Drive revenue, maximize profits and minimize costs of the outlet
• Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries in a prompt, professional and sincere manner
• Ability in handling customers’ feedback and maintaining high service standards
• Responsible in maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area
• Form robust relations with team members and assist in their development
• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance
• Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staffs
• Responsible for monthly staff’s schedule planning
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience of KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and people management skills to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so the ability to multi-task, work under pressure with short deadlines
