Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager for the Electronics/Semiconductor sector, based in Macpherson. The role emphasizes managing key accounts, driving new business with customers and suppliers, and coordinating with internal teams on order fulfilment.

The candidate will handle RFQs, pricing reviews, and contract reviews, while supporting the India team and striving for cost reductions. Travel overseas may be required; salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, engineering, electronics or related discipline.
• At least five years of B2B sales or account-management experience in semiconductors, electronic components, electronics manufacturing services, or related technical-product distribution.
• Experience leading overseas sales or customer-support teams is advantageous.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities with customers and suppliers.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing review and commercial negotiations.
• Review sales contracts and manufacturing service agreements.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on order fulfilment.
• Manage customer escalations, delivery rescheduling and project updates.
• Lead and support the India team on sales and customer-related matters.
• Monitor inventory requirements and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account updates.

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $7,000 + $200 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + Up to 19 days of Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Requirements:

• Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating an overseas sales or customer-support team is advantageous.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
