Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable sales/territory professional in Singapore to manage the India team and drive growth by building long-lasting customer relationships. The role requires handling RFQs, negotiating terms, and coordinating with multiple departments to fulfill orders.

The position offers overseas travel, monthly salary up to SGD 6,600 plus transport allowance, AWS and variable bonus, with excellent welfare and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in semiconductors, trading, or distributors.
• Willing to travel overseas frequently to meet customers or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage India team and coordinate with global teams.
• Develop new opportunities by building and promoting strong customer relationships.
• Oversee customer RFQs and approve quotations for submission.
• Handle inquiries and negotiate with customers.
• Review and negotiate Sales Contracts / Manufacturing Service Agreements.
• Coordinate with customers and other departments on project activities and order fulfilment; lead escalations/reschedule.
• Manage product inventory.
• Drive cost reduction with internal functions.

Working day: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• To manage India Team
• Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities through building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
• Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
• Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
• Lead team especially India team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
• Manage product inventory
• Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions

Job Requirements
