EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Sales Manager to lead the India team, nurture existing customers and develop new opportunities in Semiconductors, Trading or Distributors.

You will manage customer RFQs, negotiate quotations, coordinate with internal teams, drive cost reductions, and travel overseas to meet customers and suppliers. The role offers a basic salary up to $6600 SGD with transport allowance, AWS and variable bonus, and strong welfare and career progression in the

Qualifications

• Preferably minimum 5 years working experience in Semiconductors, Trading or Distributors.
• Willing to travel overseas frequently to meet customers or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• To manage India Team
• Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities through building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
• Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
• Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
• Lead team especially India team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
• Manage product inventory
• Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions

Working hours: 9am to 6pm
