Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is recruiting for a role in Singapore, based in the MacPherson area. The position oversees the India team and drives key customer relationships, RFQ handling, and contract negotiations.

The role offers a basic salary of SGD 6,000–6,600 plus a $200 transport allowance and a variable bonus. Working hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Willingness to travel overseas is required to meet customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in Semiconductors, Trading or Distributors.
• Willing to travel overseas frequently to meet customers or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• To manage India Team
• Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities through building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
• Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
• Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
• Lead team especially India team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
• Manage product inventory
• Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions
