Job summary

GMP Technologies Singapore is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing of materials to semiconductor and electronics manufacturers across Southeast Asia, leveraging deep market insight and a proactive sales approach.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in B2B sales, including supervisory experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and familiarity with the Southeast Asian market.

Qualifications

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and supervise account management teams.
• Conduct market research and 3C analysis to understand SEA semiconductor market and develop sales strategies.
• Prepare monthly sales reports (actual, forecast, budget) for head office.

• Take initiative and be proactive in networking.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields
• At least 6 - 8 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with min. 1 year in supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates
• Highly sales driven and motivated.
• Self-Motivated & Team player
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics industry will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Southeast Asian market
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
