Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager in Electronics/ Semiconductor for the North-East Macpherson area. The role involves managing and growing existing customer accounts, building relationships with suppliers and regional teams, and handling RFQs, pricing and negotiations.

You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor orders and forecasts, travel overseas when required, and contribute to cost reductions and inventory optimisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor, electronic components, trading or distribution industry.
• Experience handling regional customers, suppliers or India market will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and regional stakeholders.
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, pricing proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Review customer contracts, manufacturing service agreements and other commercial terms.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to support order fulfilment, delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor sales orders, inventory levels, delivery status and customer escalations.
• Develop sales forecasts, pipeline updates, account plans and management reports.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and support pricing and inventory optimisation.
• Coordinate closely with the India-based team on sales activities, customer requirements, order fulfilment and escalations.
• Support the development of regional accounts and business opportunities.
• Travel overseas for customer, supplier or team meetings when required.

• Location : North-East - Macpherson
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic salary of $6,000-$7,000 per month, commensurate with experience + $200 transport allowance + variable bonus + up to 19 days' annual leave + medical and dental benefits
