Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in electronics/semiconductors, Optical Communication, Optics, or related industries.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in data center–related environments.
• Engineers are encouraged to apply, especially those with experience in Data Center Operations, NOC, Facilities, infrastructure, or system operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel, including overseas travel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages sales and marketing strategies towards acquiring new customers and establishing relationships, including visits with suppliers and customers to promote products and discuss demands and trends.
• Develops and executes strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Sales of products through specialized knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Follow up on customer payment status or help resolve shipment issues.
• Proactively communicate and work with the Design Team to provide customized solutions based on customer requirements.
• Make business decisions independently and conduct due diligence for prospective partners.
• Support Management on budget preparation.

Job Responsibilities

Candidate will be part of the strategic planning team focusing on business development activities while maintaining existing relationships with key customers. He/she will build networks, manage relationships, seek and identify business opportunities in Singapore, Malaysia and the Asian region.
