Job summary

Tahlia Waters in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to support the QS Manager and lead assigned QS staff. The role involves contract administration, claims, valuations, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and 3–5 years of QS experience. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential.

• Good knowledge of claims, valuations, contractual accounts and Variation Orders.
• Familiarity with PSSCOC.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors and HDB is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of QS contractual functions and ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor the quality and accuracy of claims, valuations, and contractual accounts.
• Ensure compliance with PSSCOC, SOPs and contractual requirements.
• Monitor outstanding contractual matters and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare and submit monthly QS reports including project status, risks and outstanding matters.
• Provide guidance and support to QS staff on contractual and QS matters.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, HDB and stakeholders.
• Escalate contractual, operational and performance issues to management.
• Support process improvements and other assignments as required.

What Do You Need to Have?
