Job summary

John Holland Electrical & Service Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the full QS process from tender to final account on M&E/Electrical projects. You will prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions while reviewing documents and negotiating commercial terms.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in M&E/Electrical projects will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
