Job summary

tahlia waters hr consulting llp is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to assist the QS Manager and supervise assigned QS staff, ensuring timely delivery of contractual tasks and accurate valuations.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and HDB, monitor workload, and escalate issues. A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying with 3–5 years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and contract administration.
• Good knowledge of claims, valuations, contractual accounts and Variation Orders.
• Familiarity with PSSCOC.
• Strong supervisory and team management skills.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and HDB is an advantage.

• Escalate contractual, operational, and performance issues to management.
• Support process improvements and other assignments as required.
