Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. Oversee project operation and installation in accordance with customer orders and specifications.
  2. Plan and manage project schedules, including Gantt charts preparation.
  3. Prepare and submit the shop drawing, samples, and product catalogues.
  4. Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors and technicians, ensuring smooth and safe daily operations.
  5. Strategically plan and manage deployment to optimize resources and meet quality and timeline expectations.
  6. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timeline are met.
  7. Collaborate on safety documentations (RA, MOS, SWP, FPP) with the QS and safety teams.
  8. Manage material procurement, site deliveries, testing and commissioning.
  9. Handle VO quotations, monthly progress claims, and costing sheet (P&L).
  10. Maintain accurate records of project progress, installation reports, and manage variations or changes.
  11. Conduct surveying and site inspection for compliance with regulations.
  12. Primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  13. Ensure smooth project handover, including documentation and submission of OMM, end‑user training and transfer of responsibilities to servicing team.
  14. Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. At least Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field.
  2. Prior experience in healthcare or medical supplies industry or A&A environment is an advantage.
  3. Proven experience in managing a cross functional team in an installation or technical environment.
  4. Familiarity in safety documentations and site compliance.
