Job summary

ST ENGINEERING URBAN SOLUTIONS LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects in Singapore.

The role requires strong coordination of multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, testing, installation, operations and maintenance to meet milestones and contractual obligations. The ideal candidate has a degree in a science/engineering discipline and at least 3 years of experience in project management, with a solid understanding of project lifecycle, contract

Qualifications

• Degree in Science - Engineering/ Mechanical/ IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contract management, and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, software, testing, installation, operations, and maintenance personnel.
• Support the resolution of technical, operational, and commercial challenges.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
