Job summary

ST ENGINEERING URBAN SOLUTIONS LTD. is seeking an experienced IT/PM professional to support contract fulfilment with engineers.

You will manage project docs, configure systems and databases, and provide IT infrastructure support for Windows and Linux environments. You will oversee subcontractors and teams, host meetings, and report progress to the Project Manager, with travel between office and project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of system-related experience.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel between office and project sites.
• Proficient in networking, SQL and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in Project Management and IT management systems deployment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager and engineers to fulfil contract obligations on time and within scope.
• Manage and oversee project documentation and subcontractor-related matters.
• Perform system setup and database configuration; resolve technical and design issues.
• Provide IT infrastructure support, including Windows and Linux systems.
• Understand network switches and design of network devices for the project scope.
• Install, debug and troubleshoot IT-related issues; hands-on knowledge transfer to site engineers.
• Oversee project teams and subcontractors; host and manage project meetings.
• Report progress to Project Manager and follow up on software development and site installation works.

Job Description:

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within agreed timelines, cost, and scope.


• Manage and oversee project documentation and subcontractor-related matters.


• Perform system setup and database configuration, resolve technical and design issues.


• Provide support for IT infrastructure, including Microsoft and Linux operating systems.


• Possess knowledge of network switches and the design of network devices within the project scope.


• Carry out installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT-related issues.


• Be hands-on in providing guidance and conducting knowledge transfer to site engineers.


• Oversee project teams and subcontractors effectively.


• Host, manage, and present project meetings.


• Report project progress to the Project Manager and follow up on software development and site installation works.

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills with good organisational and coordination abilities.


• Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.


• Proficient in networking, SQL, and Windows operating systems.
