Job summary

AIRETEC PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to assist in managing and executing system integration projects from initiation to completion in Singapore.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients to ensure timely, compliant delivery and prepare essential project documentation. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–3 years' experience in system integration, project coordination or engineering support roles.
• Understanding of automation, IoT, low-voltage systems or industrial solutions.
• Good knowledge of scheduling, documentation, and workflow management.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics or wiring diagrams is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Class 3 licence.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, workflow coordination and resource allocation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and implementation activities to ensure system reliability and compliance with standards.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets and timelines, highlighting risks or deviations early.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site assessments ensuring safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide technical support during project deployment and post-implementation stages.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, sales and customer stakeholders to align expectations.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with company policies and client requirements.
