Job summary

A technology services company based in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management and a degree in a relevant engineering field. This role requires fluency in English and Chinese, effective communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Experience in Smart City projects is a plus. The position may involve overseas travel for project delivery.

Job description

1. Responsible for planning, coordination, supervision and execution of project according to the agreement and budget plan.

2. Define project requirements and identify solutions consistent with defined terms methodology, policy and regulations.

3. Closely work with client and subcontractor, to ensure effective communications and expectation can be delivered to relevant parties of the projects.

4. Monitor project status to ensure the design and quality are delivered as planned.

5. Establish and maintain standard project management guideline, workflow and best practices to improve project performance.

6. Prepare and submit internal documents.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Computer engineering/Communication Technology or related discipline.
• At least 3 years experience in project management role.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Great communication and leadership skill; able to maintain good relationship with customers; self‑motivated and performance driven business sense.
• Overseas travel and onsite project delivery are required.
• Experience in Smart City and Traffic system is a definite advantage.
• Experience in AIOT is a definite advantage.
• Good learning ability; able to understand the products knowledge of the company group.
