Job summary

ST Engineering Urban Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource plans in Singapore. You will monitor progress, communicate status and risks to stakeholders, and drive timely delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.

• Degree in Science - Engineering/ Mechanical/ IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contract management, and site coordination.
• Strong learning agility with a positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to pick up new skills and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders and management.

• Support the resolution of technical, operational, and commercial challenges.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
