Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for the Smart Digital Junction project on Mobility Road at Jurong East. You will oversee planning and coordination of timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and issues, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science - Engineering/Mechanical/IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and contract management.
• Site coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, software, testing, installation, operations, and maintenance personnel.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
