Job summary

Y3 TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end ICT projects from planning to deployment. The role emphasizes budget, timelines, quality and stakeholder collaboration.

You will gather business requirements, define scope, manage risks, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with IT and security policies while leading cross-functional teams. Travel may be required for workshops and hyper-care support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience across full project life cycles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end execution of projects according to approved plans, delivering on time, within budget, and inline with quality standards.
• Analyse business problems, develop compelling business cases, and define project scope to address organizational needs.
• Document requirements, assess solution alternatives, and recommend the best-fit approach.
• Collaborate with end-users and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption and deployment.
• Develop detailed project schedules and implementation activities using appropriate methodologies.
• Identify project risks, evaluate organizational impacts, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Establish project governance structures and lead effective stakeholder communication and change management plans.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external service providers responsible for delivering ICT solutions and services.
• Ensure all systems and development processes comply with IT, quality, and security management policies.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly to senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by management related to project delivery and strategic initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Info-comm Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with hands-on involvement in full project life cycles.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational, leadership, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, develops solutions, and manage end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SQL for reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
• Highly results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Domain knowledge in logistics and supply chain solutions will be an advantage.
• Ready to travel for project requirement workshops, implementation and hyper care.
• Travel period can be few weeks to 3 months depends on the complexity.
