Job summary

ST ENGINEERING URBAN SOLUTIONS LTD. is seeking a motivated Engineer to support deployment, enhancement, and operational support of Smart Junction solutions.

You will work with customers, end users, product teams, and partners to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of our intelligent traffic management systems. You will gather requirements, assist in design, create user manuals and training materials, provide technical support, and coordinate issue resolution across

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in system implementation, technical support, software applications, or ITS.
• Experience in requirements gathering or solution design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prepare technical documentation and conduct training.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and end users to gather feedback on deployed Smart Junction products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements, fine-tuning, and feature enhancements.
• Document and communicate requirements clearly to the product and development teams.
• Develop Preliminary Design Documents (PDDs) based on customer requirements and operational needs.
• Work closely with product managers and software development teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Participate in requirement reviews, solution validation, and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, operating procedures, training materials, and FAQs.
• Provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders to facilitate smooth system adoption and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and respond to issues encountered by users during system operation.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support system testing, maintenance activities, and software upgrades when required.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Engineer to support the deployment, enhancement, and operational support of Smart Junction solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, end users, product development teams, and maintenance partners to ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our intelligent traffic management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Deployment Requirement Analysis

• Engage customers and end users to gather feedback on deployed Smart Junction products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements, fine-tuning, and feature enhancements.
• Document and communicate requirements clearly to the product and development teams.

Solution Design & Product Development Support

• Develop Preliminary Design Documents (PDDs) based on customer requirements and operational needs.
• Work closely with product managers and software development teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Participate in requirement reviews, solution validation, and testing activities.

Training & Documentation

• Develop and maintain user manuals, operating procedures, training materials, and FAQs.
• Provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders to facilitate smooth system adoption and maintenance.

User Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide technical support and respond to issues encountered by users during system operation.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Preferably 1 to 5 years of experience in system implementation, technical support, software applications, or intelligent transportation systems.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, or customer-facing technical roles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and conduct training sessions.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), traffic management, smart city, or IoT solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and system integration projects.
