Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager
  • Location: Islandwide
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours
  • Salary Package: Up to $12,000 + Transport Allowance + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • To support the planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Verify construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors, defects, or variations
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and relevant authorities, providing guidance and technical support to the project team
  • Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance
  • Organize and lead regular coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation
Job Requirements
  • At least Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of construction experience, ideally with a main contractor
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
  • Familiarity with construction quality, cost, and safety standards
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites if required.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Project Management software.
