WOK HEY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on kitchen supervisor to plan and manage manpower, order inventory, and maintain high service standards in a busy open kitchen.

You will lead training for new staff, ensure food portions meet standards, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene across the kiosk area. The role requires at least 1 year of F&B managerial experience, the ability to work in a hot environment, and readiness to stand long hours.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of relevant F&B managerial experience.
• Able to withstand high heat and stand for long hours.
• Open to work in an open concept kitchen.

Aufgaben

• Plan and manage manpower.
• Order and manage inventory from suppliers.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure good customer service.
• Conduct training for new staff.
• Grill and stew dishes according to the company’s standards.
• Prepare food at the backend for grilling and stewing.
• Top up salad bar counter with prepared food.
• Ensure that all food and sauce portions are according to company’s standards.
• Ensure kiosk area is clean and hygienic.
