Job Description

Involvement in all engineering work on newly installed equipment, including testing and commissioning for both installation and upgrading projects. Includes identifying defects, failure analysis, failure restoration, and engineering improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Duty covers any engineering matter on the function and operation of the equipment.
  2. Testing, commissioning of newly installed equipment for both installation and upgrading projects.
  3. Assist in planning, scheduling, and distribution of work to subordinates.
  4. Attend to safety and performance-related breakdown of equipment.
  5. Assist in planning and implementation of new measures to improve the performance of equipment.
  6. Assist in the investigation and provide recommendations for improvement on technical failures of the equipment.
  7. Assist in controlling and monitoring that all instruments used by subordinates within the department are properly documented and calibrated.
  8. Assist in the technical training of subordinates within the department.
  9. Ensure compliance with Environmental Policy, reduction of waste, and prevention of pollution and WSHA regulation.
  10. Any other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements
  1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with experience in Electrical Engineering.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, with leadership quality.
