Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of training, learning and development, education, or financial services experience.
• Experience within financial services, agency training, or representative development environments.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning tools.
• Completed CMFAS Modules 9, 9A, 8, 8A HI, and RES5.

The Assistant Manager supports the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of learning solutions that develop the capabilities of financial representatives and agency leaders across different career stages. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to execute onboarding programmes, continuous learning initiatives, and strategic capability-building projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving learning effectiveness through programme facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and innovative learning approaches, including GenAI-enabled role play simulations. Preferred Qualifications

• CFP and/or ChFC certification.
• Experience supporting digital learning solutions and learning innovation initiatives.
• Exposure to GenAI-enabled learning tools or simulation-based learning programmes.
