Job summary

Manulife Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions for financial representatives and agency leaders across career stages. You will partner with stakeholders to execute onboarding and development initiatives, driving learning effectiveness with innovative approaches including GenAI-enabled role play simulations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of training, learning and development, education, or financial services experience.
• Experience within financial services, agency training, or representative development environments.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning tools.
• Completed CMFAS Modules 9, 9A, 8, 8A HI, and RES5.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that support representative and leader development.
• Facilitate onboarding programmes and continuous learning initiatives across the agency force.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to implement strategic capability-building projects.
• Manage training administration activities to support programme execution and learner experience.
• Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve outcomes.
• Develop engaging training materials and learning experiences aligned to business objectives.
• Support the implementation of innovative learning solutions, including GenAI-enabled role play simulations.
• Coordinate project activities and stakeholder communications to ensure successful programme delivery.
