Job summary

FAR EAST MANAGEMENT (PRIVATE) LIMITED, based in Singapore, is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead and support retail leasing initiatives, mentor the team, and build a robust network of potential tenants to secure new opportunities.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a proven track record in retail leasing, and the ability to coordinate lease terms, renewals, and tenancy documentation while staying informed on market trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or related discipline with minimum 5 years' experience in retail leasing.
• RES License preferred.
• Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail properties; strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect for potential tenants through market research, networking and outreach.
• Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals.
• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation.
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.

• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines, with minimum 5 years' experience in retail leasing. Candidates with RES License preferred.
• Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail properties
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
