PERENNIAL (SINGAPORE) RETAIL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

is seeking a seasoned leasing and real estate professional to formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for a portfolio of properties, establishing relationships with key decision makers, identifying tenants, and driving lease transactions. The role requires a degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing with at least 5 years of experience, RES certification, and strong negotiation and communication skills to manage

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (RES) or pursuing certification.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of tenancy agreement process and leasing documentation.
• Proven track record in office sales and leasing.
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and tenant relationship management skills.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximise sales volume and leasing activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers/decision makers in the leasing network.
• Identify and negotiate with potential tenants on new leases and complete lease documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with existing tenants and handle renewals.
• Execute marketing and communications activities for tenant relationship management and networking to attract tenants.
• Meet or exceed targets for the property portfolio.
• Conduct monthly/weekly leasing reporting and assist in budgeting.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximise the sales volume and leasing activities of a portfolio of properties
• Establish and maintain relationship with key influencers/decision makers in the leasing network, including middle and large corporates
• Identify and negotiate with potential tenants on new leases and follow through with all documentation to complete the lease transaction
• Maintain good relationship with existing tenants and handle all lease renewals
• Execute marketing and communication activities for (a) tenant relationship management and (b) to build up network of potential tenants
• Meet or exceed the targets set for the portfolio of properties responsible for
• Conduct monthly/weekly leasing reporting and support in budgeting activities
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or any related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Possess a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (RES) or in the midst of pursuing certification
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation for leasing
• Proven track record in office sales and leasing
