Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect.
• Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned building clusters.
• Translate leads / opportunities into deal closures.
• Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their business partners.
• Work with asset managers to maximise building occupancy/revenue.
• Develop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space.
• Build networking channels with tenants and agents.
• Be overall “Brand Ambassador” to enhance brand equity.
• Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments.
• Prepare rental reports, cash flows and analyse variances.
• Initiate and close‑out transactions to meet target plan.
• Understand asset profitability to contribute solutions to improve whilst meeting tenant occupational needs.
• The Company may assign portfolios or roles in addition to those above and/or vary the scope of responsibilities according to business requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent.
• CEA RES license holders will be favorably considered.
• Preferably minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player.
