  • Oversee payment processing and daily sales reconciliation.
Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, table allocation, and service flow coordination.
  2. Supervise front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, arrange work schedules, conduct shift briefings and provide on-the-job training.
  3. Ensure strict adherence to Singapore food safety and hygiene guidelines (SFA standards) and maintain clean, sanitary dining and working environments.
  4. Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
  5. Assist in inventory management, stock checking, ordering supplies and controlling food & beverage costs to meet budget targets.
  6. Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and support team motivation to maintain high service standards.
  7. Ensure compliance with employment laws in Singapore (including OT regulations) and manage staff attendance records.
  8. Assist in organizing promotional activities, updating menu information and ensuring smooth execution of special events.
  9. Oversee payment processing, POS system operation and daily sales reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
