Job summary

CHAWK TECHNOLOGY INT'L (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.

You will coordinate daily shipment activities with Warehouse, Planning, QA, and Production, while maintaining 5S in the warehouse and driving quarterly process improvements. The role requires 1–2 years in SCM or Logistics, knowledge of courier bookings (FedEx/DHL/UPS), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• NITEC/A Level/Diploma in SCM or Logistics required.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in logistics or SCM.
• Experience with courier booking (FedEx, DHL, UPS).
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse distribution preferred.
• Ability to organize own work area and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to take on greater responsibilities and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time processing and delivery of customer orders.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

• Ensure on time processing & delivery of customer's orders to meet company's target.
• Ability to communicate with internal parties including Warehouse, Planning, QA and Production floor on daily shipment issues.
• Ensure cleanliness / 5S in the warehouse area.
• Initiate / improve current Process Improvement and productivity measures on quarterly basis.
• Plan and schedule daily kitting of Work Orders / Sales Order to support production and overseas customers.
• Receive incoming goods from suppliers, vendors, or internal transfers.
• Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
• Perform any other duty as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

• NITEC/ A Level / Diploma in SCM or Logistics - Minimum 1-2 years' experience
• Knowledge in courier booking (Fedex, DHL & UPS)
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse distribution preferred
• Ability to organize own area of work and work independently with min. supervision

• Strong Microsoft Office skill will be an advantage
• Familiarization with Epicor/SAP/WMS/MRP is an added advantage
