in Singapore is seeking an Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) to partner with Business Units on manpower planning and oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while providing HR advisory support. You will drive recruitment process improvements, employer branding, HR metrics, and manage HR operations including onboarding, benefits, engagement and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business or related preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations & process.
• End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding and reporting.
• Relevant experience in the Construction industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) partners with Business Units on workforce planning, manages end-to-end recruitment, and provides HR advisory support. The role also drives recruitment process improvement, compliance, and team development to ensure effective HR service delivery.

• Support HR Manager in managing HR Business Partners and HR advisory matters.
• Partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
