Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Singapore to lead compensation and benefits, payroll and performance initiatives.

You will partner with HR and business units to ensure market-competitive, compliant rewards practices and support the HR Manager in overseeing HRBP and advisory matters. The role covers salary reviews, market benchmarking and job evaluations, while maintaining payroll compliance and vendor management for staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with exposure to Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, payroll administration and/or performance management.
• Experience in Construction industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supports compensation, benefits, payroll and performance programmes, partnering with HR and business units to ensure competitive, compliant and business-aligned rewards practices.
• Supports salary reviews, bonuses, market benchmarking and job evaluations.
• Manages payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager (Comps & Ben) supports compensation, benefits, payroll and performance programmes, partnering with HR and business units to ensure competitive, compliant and business-aligned rewards practices. Support HR Manager in managing HR Business Partners and HR advisory matters.
• Support compensation, benefits, performance management and HR projects.
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support salary reviews, bonuses, market benchmarking and job evaluations.
• Manage employee benefits, vendors and staff welfare programmes.
• Support HR systems, digitalisation and process improvements.
• Guide team members and support other HR projects as required.

Requirement

• Degree in HR, Business or related preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, payroll administration and/or performance management.
• Relevant experience in the Construction industry is an advantage
