Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment in our Singapore operations. You will source, screen, interview and onboard top talent to support our construction projects and growth goals.

You will partner with hiring managers across engineering, project management and site teams, build robust talent pipelines, ensure regulatory compliance, and deploy innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Senior recruitment experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction roles and workforce needs.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
