Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is recruiting an Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) to collaborate with Business Units on workforce planning and to drive end-to-end recruitment across the organisation.

You will support HR Managers, enhance recruitment processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to HR service delivery. A Diploma or Degree in HR/Business and at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition are required; experience in the Construction sector is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business or related preferred.
• At least 2 years HR experience with Talent Acquisition.
• End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Construction industry experience is an advantage.

• Support HR Manager in managing HR Business Partners and HR advisory matters.
• Partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Drive employer branding, recruitment efficiency and HR metrics.

Responsibilities

The Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) partners with Business Units on workforce planning, manages end-to-end recruitment, and provides HR advisory support. The role also drives recruitment process improvement, compliance, and team development to ensure effective HR service delivery.
